- Քայլ 1: Mix all the dry ingredients
- Քայլ 2: Add the butter and mix by hand until you get a homogeneous mass
- Քայլ 3: Add the eggs and knead the dough
- Քայլ 4: Add the almonds
- Քայլ 5: Divide the dough into two equal pieces
- Քայլ 6: Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Քայլ 7: Bake at the 180 preheated oven
- Քայլ 8: Bake until the biscotti dough is firm. Take it out and let it cool.
- Քայլ 9: Cut it crosswise and bake again in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Քայլ 10: Let the biscotti cool and enjoy with a cup of coffee
