Yeremyan Products 450 g sour cream has been on the market since 2020. Now we are pleased to present the long-awaited version of Yeremyan Products sour cream with creamy and rich flavor in a small 200 g container.





Yeremyan Products sour cream, both in the large container and in the 200 g version, has a fat content of 25%. This version reveals the true and rich sour cream taste. The main guarantee of the product quality and taste is pure milk  from our farm .

What Can We Cook with Sour Cream?

Everyone has their own preferred ways and recipes to use sour cream.
It can be enjoyed on its own with no other ingredients, with curd, or in delicious recipes. Here is a very light and fast, but delicious recipe: a sour cream pancake.

Ingredients

Pancakes

• 3 eggs
• 40 g Yeremyan Products melted butter
• 225 g of flour
• 500 ml Yeremyan Products milk
• a pinch of salt
• green onion

Cream

• 600 g Yeremyan Products sour cream
• 3-4 cloves of garlic
• 1 bunch of dill

How to Prepare?

Mix flour and salt, and add three eggs one by one. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Stir in the melted butter and minced onions. Bake the pancakes and prepare the cream. Combine sour cream, mashed garlic and minced dill. Pour the cream layer by layer and refrigerate for about half an hour before serving. Bon appetite!
