Ingredients

vanilla

almonds 1 cup

Cooking method

  • Step 1: Mix all the dry ingredients
  • Step 2: Add the butter and mix by hand until you get a homogeneous mass
  • Step 3: Add the eggs and knead the dough
  • Step 4: Add the almonds
  • Step 5: Divide the dough into two equal pieces
  • Step 6: Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • Step 7: Bake at the 180 preheated oven
  • Step 8: Bake until the biscotti dough is firm. Take it out and let it cool.
  • Step 9: Cut it crosswise and bake again in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Step 10: Let the biscotti cool and enjoy with a cup of coffee
