Cooking method

Step 1: Mix all the dry ingredients

Step 2:
Add the butter and mix by hand until you get a homogeneous mass

Step 3: Add the eggs and knead the dough

Step 4: Add the almonds

Step 5: Divide the dough into two equal pieces

Step 6: Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.

Step 7: Bake at the 180 preheated oven

Step 8: Bake until the biscotti dough is firm. Take it out and let it cool.

Step 9: Cut it crosswise and bake again in the oven for 10 minutes.

Step 10: Let the biscotti cool and enjoy with a cup of coffee
