This chia pudding can be made ahead of time. If you like to sleep a bit longer in the morning, then you can mix the chia seeds and yogurt, cover it and put it in the refrigerator.

Apple Cinnamon Pecan Cake

Cooking method

  • Step 1: Start by preparing your filling. For that peel and slice your apples. Mix in spies (cloves, anise and cinnamon) and add 50 grams of sugar. Set aside while you prepare the bаtter.
  • Step 2: Mix together eggs and 100 grams of sugar. Then add cream, sour cream, baking powder and flour. Make sure sift your flour to avoid any lumps.
  • Step 3: Pour your 2/3 of your batter in to your baking dish. Place your apples on top. Then pour the remaining 1/3 of the batter. Decorate the top of your cake with pecan or walnuts.
  • Step 4: Bake your cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees. Check by inserting tooth pick into the center. If it comes out clean then it means it is ready.
  • Step 5: Enjoy your apple cinnamon cake with or a warm cup of coffee or tea.

Zucchini Rolls

  • Step 1: Finely slice zucchini horizontally.

Pistachio Panna Cotta

Ingredients

Yeremyan products milk 3.5% 750ml
Coconut sugar (Coconut sugar has an earthy, caramel flavor, which complements pistachios very well. You can find coconut sugar in supermarkets, but if you did not find you can substitute it with brown sugar) 150գ
pistachio butter (We are using pistachio butter to add fat content) 3 teaspoon
Vanilla (Vanilla extract or a vanilla bean, will give you a best flavor, but these ingredients are a bit pricey, so you can use vanilla sugar, but make sure to use small amount. If overused it is bitter)
Gelatin 1-2 teaspoon

Have you ever seen panna cotta while scrolling your news feed? For sure it looked very cool and tasty, especially during these hot summer days. It looks and tastes very refreshing. Great dessert to make.

So, let’s make some panna cotta!

The recipe is very easy. For today we decided to make a pistachio panna cotta. Unlike classic version we make ours with milk without any cream. That will give us a lighter texture. For this recipe you only need 5 ingrediencies.

Cooking method

  • Step 1: Heat your milk on the stovetop. Make sure that is in not boiling. You will need some this milk to dissolve your gelatin. Take a small coffee cup to measure the milk. Pour that amount of milk on the gelatin.
  • Step 2: Beat the rest of the milk with coconut sugar. Then add the pistachio butter and vanilla. Mix until combined and uniform. Then whisk in the gelatin that you dissolved with the milk earlier.
  • Step 3: Pour the mixture into the pans. You can use silicone mold like we used here, or any pan that you have. You can even use small cups.
  • Step 4: Put the cups into the refrigerator to chill for few hours until set. We can make panna cottas a day before and leave them in the refrigerator overnight. If you wish to decorate your dessert before serving where are platy of options. Today we decided to dusted a little bit of matcha powder on top our panna cottas, to give it this beautiful green color, and added some chopped pistachio.
  • Step 5: Enjoy your pistachio panna cotta!

Cheesecake with Curd and Sour Cream

Cheesecake one of the favorite desserts around the world. There are millions of variations and everyone has her/his preferred version. How many times did you order a cheesecake in a café and thought about making one at home? You might even attempt to bake it ones or twice. However, some of the recipes require may steps and a lot of ingredients. Also, there are many things that can go wrong.

If you love cheesecake but never make it, because you think it is very hard to bake, this recipe is for you. It is easy as pie, (oh sorry cheesecake).

Our recipe uses the ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. For our cheesecake recipe you do not need to buy a tone of cream cheese. Instead, we use curd and sour cream. That will give us lighter and low-calorie dessert.

Ok, enough taking! Let’s get baking!

Cooking method

  • Step 1: Start by melting your butter in the microwave or on the stove. Once completely melted let it cool down to the room temperature.
  • Step 2: Crush the cookies. If you have a blender or a food processor you can use it. But if you don’t have one, you can put your cookies in zip bag and crush them with a wooden spoon or your hands. After you done punishing the cookies, add the melted butter and mix the together.
  • Шаг 3: For cheesecake is best to use a spring form pan, so that you can easily release your cheesecake. Put the cookies in your baking dish. With a glass or a spoon flatten the bottom and the sides to form a crust. Put the crust in the refrigerator to set.
  • Step 4: With a hand mixer, bit the curd so that it gets creamy. Then add the sour cream, powder sugar, vanilla, corn starch and eggs. A little tip when it comes to eggs.   • Step 5: Preheat your oven for 170 degrees. In order to prevent your cheesecake from cracking, we will bake our cheesecake with a water bath. Wrap your baking dish with foil to prevent a water from sipping in. Pour your batter into your crust. Take a tray or a bigger baking dish and put your pan in it, then pour a hot water in.
  • Step 6: Bake your cheesecake for 40 mints. Then turn off the oven and leave the door half open. Once it has cooled down to the room temperature, cover it and put in the refrigerator for few hours or overnight.
  • Step 7: Take the cheesecake out of the pan and decorate it. Serve it cold with a cup of coffee or any beverage that you like.
